The dormitory is located in the centre of the town, near a large grocery market. It offers 250 places in single and double rooms in a segmented arrangement (3 rooms in a segment with shared bathroom and kitchenette). The rooms are furnished with Internet access and a refrigerator in the segment. At the students' disposal: TV room, quiet study room, gym, laundry room with drying room. There is also a dental office in the building.
